"As a Fire and Rescue Service we employ both Uniformed and Support Staff across the South Wales region, covering an area of 1,000 square miles. Due to the size and nature of the Fire Service any training or delivery undertaken can prove to be both time consuming and costly.

Since introducing our e-learning provision we have been able to provide timely, relevant and cost effective learning to the entire Service at the touch of a button. Learners can now learn at their own pace and at a time and location which suits their needs i.e. at home or in work. We are also more able to provide specific learning that can be allocated to an individual or an entire section of the Fire Service, thus increasing the effectiveness of the service we offer to the community.

Since embarking on our e-learning provision, Learning Nexus have been with us at every stage offering help and guidance which has assisted with the successful marketing and rollout of our provision, including meeting the ever changing requirements of the UK Fire and Rescue Service. "
